Paying for your trip

How you can pay us

These are the payment methods we accept. You will always be sent a written confirmation showing exactly what you are paying for before any money changes hands.

Pay later — we invoice you

Reserve now with no payment. Our team confirms availability and the exact price, then sends you an invoice with the payment details.

Reserve your trip now and our reservations team will contact you to confirm the price and a convenient payment method, including any deposit needed to secure your booking. For flights, tickets are issued only once payment has been confirmed.

What you get first. A written quotation and confirmation showing the full price, what is included, and the payment terms for your trip.
Currency. Prices are quoted in USD unless we agree otherwise, and the amount you pay is shown before you confirm.
Card and mobile payments are handled by the payment provider on their own secure page. We never see or store your card details.
Not sure? Ask us before you send anything. We will confirm our account details in writing and never ask you to pay a different account.
